Unfortunately all our decals/merchandise are final sale so we don't except refunds or exchanges. We can work things out if you send us an email at untoldloveus@gmail.com

Return Policy

Merchandise will be replaced only if a mistake is made by UNTOLDLOVE.US. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the item corresponds to his/her need and to review the order before making the payment. Returns will not be accepted all purchases are (FINAL SALE). If you are not absolutely certain about your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancelation of order

If you need to cancel your order without a cancelation fee it has to be the same day you place the order. There is also a 20% restocking fee for cancelation of an order if payment has already been captured.
